The Conference Reception event on Thursday, September 19 at the Carnegie Science Center is NOT included in the Registration Fee and has a separate charge of $80 per person. You will have the option to include this event during your conference registration.

Please Note:
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail (see contact information below) or email to dobranskyta@upmc.edu. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before August 12 will be refunded in full in the form of the original payment method. After August 12, a $30 administrative fee will be assessed and the remaining amount refunded. No refunds will be made after August 30.
